2.0.5 released

I've started to package everything in executable installer from this release. Right now I have only Windows installer, but I will add Linux / Mac version sometime soon (sooner if someone requests it!)

Following are the updates

• Added rollover category feature
• Fixed the bug where "Use balance from this page as an income" check box won't be displayed sometimes on Create New Page dialog
• Fixed the UTF-8 handling on various places
• Made deduction view to be hide-able.
• Added more spacing around various views, and added space between expense categories.
• Output version number on the server console.
