2.0.23 Released

Hello!

I just released dsBudget 2.0.23 which now runs on new Java7 JRE. I've also added a capability to lookup & autocomplete using previous month's Expense Where labels.

    Can this program import data? My bank can export out into quicken formats. Thanks.

    Sorry, you need to enter all entries manually with dsBudget - which is really the point of the application.
