- Added show / hide button for Budget view
- Replaced the rollover category feature with more simple category to category balance transfer feature.
- Made the budget slider to continuously update amount and total unbudgeted when user slide the sliders.
- Fixed the bug where budget slider max is not the Net Amount but rather the total of all income.
