2.0.8 Released

Just released the 2.0.8 with following changes

• Fixed the bug where amount entered such as "49.99" is entered as "49.9900000000000293293492" causing non negative balance to be treated as negative values.
  
• Fixed the bug where Budget Document path can not be non-standard URI such as Dropbox folder (dsBudget document can now be stored in DropBox!)
  
• Created an external configuration file "dsbudget.conf" and moved various hardcoded parmeters to it. Balance graph size can be customized through this configuration file.
• Fixed the behavior where expense view will be redrawn twice when a page is loaded for the first time.
