2.0.19 Released

This is mostly cleanup & bug fix release.

Following are some new features.

• User can now enter expense item by simply hitting Enter key instead of clicking on OK button (this makes it easier & quicker to enter expenses item)
• Added more confirmation dialogs when user tries to remove major items such as income or budget category.
• Added autocomplete feature for "where" field in the Expense dialog.
