2.0.19 Patch(c) Released

I've found a bug on the auto-complete text box used for the "where" field on the expense dialog on 2.0.19 release, so I have patched it and released 2.0.19c. If you have downloaded 2.0.19, please upgrade it to 2.0.19c.
